Legacy Wood Products
About Legacy Wood Products
Legacy Wood Products sells firewood and cooking wood from its office at 1605 Helen Hwy in Cleveland, Georgia. Its bundles are for home fires, and it also sells wood for grills and smokers. The business lists red oak, white oak, yellow-poplar and hickory as its species. The county it lists is White. Each bundle is kiln dried for 48 to 52 hours at 230 degrees. It holds seven to nine pieces of about 15 inches, plus two or three kindling pieces to start the fire. The business says its wood is "insect- and fungus-free" and that it kiln dries to USDA and Georgia Agricultural Department guidelines. You can buy in three ways. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30. An honor stand at the same address sells bundles at any hour, and you can pay with cash in the drop box, Venmo or PayPal. Retail businesses and RV parks can buy pallets of 65 bundles, or a full truckload of 1,950 bundles (30 pallets) shipped to their warehouse dock. The business has been operating for over four years. It also sells "Ugly Wood" in bulk, which is kiln-dried wood that did not meet the specs for its bundles. This is a firewood business first. It suits a homeowner who wants clean, pest-free wood for a fire or a grill, or a store owner who needs pallets of bundles. From southernlegacywood.com, read 17 October 2026.
