About Marine Sawmill LLC

Marine Sawmill LLC is a family owned, small-scale sawmill in Marine on St. Croix, Minnesota. It collects logs that would otherwise be discarded and cuts them into lumber. Its mailing address is in Forest Lake, and it serves Washington County. The mill keeps a small lumberyard that is "perfect for the hobbyist woodworker." It also offers custom cutting services, so logs can be sawn to order. Its trade is lumber, both from the yard and from the cutting work. Because the logs it cuts would otherwise go to waste, the work is about turning that wood into boards a woodworker can use. Marine Sawmill LLC suits a landowner who wants logs turned into lumber or custom cut, rather than one looking for a buyer of standing timber. From marinesawmill.com, read 8 October 2026.
