Timber Buyers & Forestry Professionals in Bear Lake, PA

Oil Valley Hardwoods works out of Titusville, Pennsylvania, doing timber harvesting and forestry work. They describe themselves as a natural resource management service, handling forested land, its waters and wasteland, mainly to harvest timber. They also serve Warren county. The work itself covers felling selected trees, removing branches, cross-cutting the stems into size categories, stacking along tracks in the forest, and extraction to the roadside. They work in hardwoods and other woods, and they also take on consulting forestry alongside the logging side. They offer a "free consultation" before any work starts, and the office keeps regular weekday and Saturday hours, by appointment. There's no minimum tract size stated anywhere on their pages, so if you're on the smaller end of the 5 to 50 acre range, you'd want to call and ask directly whether your lot is worth their trip. This fits a landowner near Titusville or in Warren county who wants someone who handles both the cutting and the forestry advice side, and who'd rather start with a conversation than a quote sheet.
