Rand Wood Reman Co.
About Rand Wood Reman Co.
Rand Wood Reman Co. is a sawmill in Warren, Arkansas, in Bradley County. It's not a business that buys standing timber or sends out a logger, it's a mill that takes wood and planes and moulds it into finished boards. The work is specialty planing and moulding in Southern Yellow Pine and hardwood. Services include remanufacturing (ripping, trimming, resawing, planing, cutting boards to size), custom milling, tooling and design for custom profiles, texture services, and storage and shipping. They can run your own raw material through their mill or source it for you, and they say "for over 60 years, our mill has excelled in specialty planing and moulding, producing high-quality softwood products." This isn't a timber sale operation. It's a manufacturing mill built for volume, with high-capacity planer and moulder lines and 240,000 square feet of space, shipping to any state in the country by truck or rail. The county served is Bradley. This fits a landowner, mill, or builder who already has logs or rough lumber and wants it custom planed, moulded, or remanufactured into finished boards, not someone looking for help selling standing timber off their acreage.
