J&R Logging Inc
About J&R Logging Inc
J&R Logging Inc is a logging and forestry consulting business based in Mount Aukum, California, working in El Dorado and Amador Counties. They have been in business since 1979, and say they have "over 40 years of timber harvesting experience in our local community of El Dorado & Amador Counties." Their work covers timber harvesting, forest restoration, and forest management. They name "responsible forest management" and "forest restoration" as their specialties, and describe their approach as built on family, community, and pride in their work, their forests, and the people around them. Business partners they list include Sierra Pacific Industries, the US Forest Service, Associated Calif. Loggers, and American Loggers Council. This fits a landowner in El Dorado or Amador County who wants a logger with a long local track record and a stated focus on restoring forest land, not just taking the trees and leaving.
