The company sets out a three-step approach: a free consultation to evaluate the land and the owner's goals, a customized management plan built around those goals, a timeline and a budget, then the work itself. For woodland owners the relevant offers are prescribed fire, drum chopping and forestry mulching. The mulching page explains that specialized machinery shreds thick brush, cedar and invasive saplings into a fine layer of ground cover, which keeps topsoil intact and removes the need for hauling or burn piles, and says the company uses it to help private landowners in the Southeast prepare land for future use, improve wildlife visibility and manage timberland health, as well as to take out ladder fuels and underbrush that carry wildfire, open overgrown trails for hunting, recreation or site development, and reclaim choked woodland as open habitat. Pond work fills more of the site than anything else: pond cleaning and weed removal, shoreline and bank repair, leaking ponds and damaged dams, sediment and muck removal to restore depth, water quality testing, aeration systems and decorative fountains, and control of hydrilla, coontail, giant salvinia, duckweed, alligator weed, cattails, pond grass and lily pads.
