About J & K Tree Services, LLC
J & K Tree Services, LLC is a tree care business in Ackworth, Iowa. They work on tree removal, stump removal, tree trimming, emergency tree services, hedge and bush trimming, and fence line clearing, and they also take on insurance-related storm damage work. This isn't a timber buyer or logging outfit. There's no mention of buying standing timber, scaling logs, or paying for wood by species or volume. If you've got a woodlot and want someone to purchase the timber off it, this isn't set up to do that kind of sale. What they do describe is hands-on tree work around homes and properties, including taking down mature trees near structures and clearing storm damage for insurance claims. They serve Warren County, with work named in Indianola and Des Moines and the surrounding communities. The business has been established since 2006. This fits a landowner who has a few trees that are a hazard, storm-damaged, or need clearing along a fence line, not someone looking to sell standing timber off acreage.
