About Maverick Wood Products
Maverick Wood Products runs a sawmill in Browerville, Minnesota. They cut pallet lumber, crates, and skids in both softwood and hardwood, and they also buy standing timber and saw bolts straight from landowners. If you have woods to sell, they work in pine, spruce, balsam fir, tamarack, aspen, basswood, birch, maple, oak, and elm, saying they "can utilize most trees species." They ask for adequate access and a landing location, modern logging equipment, and slash disposal on site. They say the "harvest plan will be tailored to YOUR goals and objectives." For a timber sale, they want a minimum of 15 acres of woods. They serve Todd County. If you'd rather sell logs or saw bolts than stand timber, they're also buying those directly at the mill, with specs on length and diameter by species, and they take deliveries at the mill with road access for 10-ton trucks. This one suits a landowner in Todd County with at least 15 acres who wants a sawmill buying both standing timber and delivered logs, not just one or the other.
