About Pine Products, Inc.
Pine Products, Inc. is a family-owned business in Waconia, Minnesota, that makes wood shavings, animal bedding and landscape mulch. It started in 1991 as an animal bedding company, "recycling wood scraps into sawdust and wood shavings." The headquarters is at 11780 County Road 32 in Waconia. The company bags shavings and makes natural mulches, including double shredded hardwood, western red cedar and pine bark. It also sells rock, sand, dirt and other landscape materials. Its bedding and shavings serve equine, dairy, hog, poultry and pet owners, and it delivers both bagged and bulk loads. Delivery reaches across Minnesota, though bulk deliveries stay within the state. Delivery costs are quoted by phone or email. A second plant in Bemidji sells wholesale, and Bemidji customers are asked to call the Waconia office. Pine Products, Inc. suits a farm or yard owner who needs bedding, shavings or mulch delivered within Minnesota, rather than a landowner looking to sell standing timber.
