OSL at The Sawmill
About OSL at The Sawmill
OSL at The Sawmill is a sawmill and hardwood lumber business in Highlandville, Missouri, also known as Ozark Saw & Lumber. It mills timbers, posts, beams, pergola and pavilion kits, live edge slabs, hardwood lumber, stair treads, and tongue and groove siding, with custom sizes and configurations on request. The wood on hand runs to old-growth yellow pine, hardwood lumber, and walnut. The business says it's "milled right here in the Ozarks," and that customers can handpick their own material, whether that's one beam or a full parts list for an outdoor structure. Every order "starts with a phone call" where they walk you through sizes, options, and delivery before anything is committed to. It was started in 2020 by a father and his two sons, and it serves Christian County. This suits a landowner who already has logs or timber down and wants it milled into lumber, beams, siding, or a finished kit, rather than someone looking for a buyer to come cut standing trees off their land.
