Two Brothers Outdoors
About Two Brothers Outdoors
Two Brothers Outdoors is a sawmill in Johnstown, New York, run by Rick and Tim France. They offer custom sawmilling services for landowners who have logs to cut rather than standing timber to sell. You can "drop off your log, or wait around" while they mill it, and they ask that you call ahead for pricing since a lot of variables go into the final cost. They also take orders for dimensional wood, things like 2x4's, 2x6's, and 4x4's, if you email them a list. This is a mill service, not a timber buying or logging outfit, so it fits best once you've already got logs on the ground or are ready to have them cut to size. They're based at 878 N Bush Rd in Johnstown, and serve Fulton County. This one suits a landowner who already has logs ready to cut, or who wants dimensional lumber milled to order, rather than someone looking for help marking, buying, or harvesting standing timber.
