Northern Woods Property Maintenance

About Northern Woods Property Maintenance

Northern Woods Property Maintenance is a tree care and property upkeep business in Minot, ND, serving Minot and surrounding areas in Ward County. David Palmer owns and operates it with his family. The main work is tree care: trimming and pruning, tree and stump removal, tree health assessments and treatments, and emergency tree removal after storms. It also does snow removal, lawn care, and spring and fall jobs like gutter cleaning and leaf removal. A free quote includes an on-site look at the tree. The business checks its overall health and structure, points out any hazards, and goes over the options, whether that is removal, pruning, or continued care. Tree removal is for "trees that are beyond recovery or creating safety concerns." Tree care costs include "removal of all wood and debris from your property," unless you have a use for the wood and tell them you want to keep it. David Palmer has a business degree from MSU and an urban forestry degree from Dakota College at Bottineau, and he is working toward ISA Certification. The business is fully insured. It suits a Minot-area landowner who has a hazardous or diseased tree to take down and wants the wood hauled away. From northernwoodsnd.com, read 3 November 2026.
