Timber Tomorrow is based in Sweet Home, Oregon, and buys timber and timberland, with forestry consulting and independent logging work alongside that. It describes itself as a forest management service company that brings value to private woodland owners. The work on offer includes purchasing timber and timberland, forest management and timber marketing, timber harvesting and estate planning, timber cruising and appraisals, forest road construction, and land clearing and reforestation. Coverage runs across western Oregon and southwest Washington, and it serves Linn County. Sandy Gordon founded Timber Tomorrow in 1981, so the business has been at this work since then. It holds accreditation as an Oregon Professional Logging Company, and it belongs to the Association of Oregon Loggers, the Oregon Small Woodland Association, the Council on Forestry Engineering, and the Oregon Forest Industrial Council. On its approach, Timber Tomorrow points to "efficient and environmentally friendly land management" and says its "state-of-the-art equipment means lower impact on the natural landscape." This fits a landowner who wants one outfit that can buy the timber, run the logging, and also handle the forest road work or land clearing that comes with it, rather than lining up separate contractors for each piece.
