About Levanen Inc
Levanen Inc is a logging contractor based in Battle Ground, Washington, working in Clark County. The family has been in the woods since the 1950s, and Levanen Inc itself started up in 1989 with a skidder and a loader. They do the harvest work itself: shovel logging, tower logging, thinning, road building, trucking, site preparation, and reforestation. They handle both thinning and clear cut harvests, as they put it, "on all types of ground," working private timber land as well as larger public timberland jobs. Their crews harvest their own timber and timber for other owners, and they describe "one on one communication on each harvest unit" as part of how they run a job. No tree species or minimum acreage are named on their pages, so there's nothing to go on for the smallest size of ground they'll take on. This fits a landowner in Clark County who wants a logging outfit that also builds roads, preps sites, and handles trucking, rather than someone who only connects buyers and sellers.
