About Dimension Lumber
Dimension Lumber Co. is a sawmill in Suring, Wisconsin. They've been running since 1990, a family-owned business now in its fifth generation, turning out wood pallet and crating parts, plus some woodworking stock on the side. What they work with is mixed hardwoods, aspen, and basswood, bought as bolts from forests across Wisconsin and Michigan. On the pallet side they make stringers, decking material, and general pallet stock, along with wood fiber products like ground mulch, sawdust, wood chips, and boiler fuel. They describe their aim as "American-made wood products that meet the highest standards," and say they produce "wood pallet and crating components" for that trade. They're listed as serving Oconto County, with the business itself found in the directory under Brown County. There's no stated minimum tract size for the timber they buy, so landowners with any size of hardwood, aspen, or basswood stand might reach out and ask. This one suits a landowner whose land has mixed hardwood, aspen, or basswood timber and who wants to sell bolts into a long-running pallet and wood-fiber mill, rather than someone looking for a logger to walk their whole property or advise on a harvest plan.
