About Robinson Enterprises Inc.
Robinson Enterprises Inc. is a logging contractor based in Nevada City, California, up in the Gold Country foothills. The family-rooted outfit got its start in 1949 and has been doing timber harvest management for over 70 years, working on jobs in National Forests, the State Park system, and private land alike. They handle full logging services and equipment, mastication, defensible space work, and land clearing, and they also build logging roads as part of site work. On the harvest side they say "we can perform the entire harvest or a single phase," so you can hire them for the whole job from first call to logs at the mill, or just bring them in for one part of it. They hold a CSLB Class A/Haz license, number 322436. Their service area covers Northern California and Northern Nevada, and Nevada County is where they're rooted and where they're listed as serving. No species or tract size is spelled out, so you'd want to call and ask whether your parcel and your timber fit what they take on. This is a long-running, multi-service logging company suited to landowners in the Nevada City area who want one contractor able to run a harvest start to finish, including the access road and brush clearing that often come with it.
