About Old Time Lumber
Old Time Lumber is a sawmill in Boulder, Colorado. They don't buy standing timber or do any logging themselves. What they do is custom milling and planing, taking wood and cutting it to the dimensions you need. This is a place for after the trees are already down, not for finding someone to harvest them. If you've got logs or timber you need milled into lumber, you call ahead and set up an appointment with their woodworkers. They describe themselves as "the oldest operating sawmill on Colorado's front range," founded in the late 1970s by John Sainsbury, and they say they have "no plans to move." They serve Boulder and the surrounding area, including Jefferson County. No tree species, credentials, or pricing are mentioned, so call ahead with your questions on those. This fits a landowner who already has logs or rough-cut timber and wants it milled to size locally, not someone looking for a buyer for standing timber on their acreage.
