BW Sawmill, trading as BW Customs, is a sawmill and custom woodworking shop in Bunnell, Florida, serving Flagler County. The sawmill side cuts wood into various lengths, widths and thicknesses for custom sawmilling, dimensional lumber and live edge pieces. The shop also builds epoxy resin river tables, fireplace mantles and hearths, dining and kitchen tables, and counter tops and bar tops. It also sells wood slabs. The woods it names are rainbow magnolia, monkey pod, camphor, spalted maple, black walnut, river birch, sweet gum, sycamore, cedar, hickory, pecan, cherry and water oak. It once milled a "30-ft x 42-inch cedar table," so large pieces are within its work. Brian Whaley founded the business in 2018. He brings 20 years of experience in woodworking, carpentry and construction, and the shop works with each client to shape the finished piece. BW Sawmill suits a Flagler County landowner who has a cedar, walnut or pecan tree and wants it milled into slabs, live edge boards or dimensional lumber for a home project, then made into a table or mantel.
