Yoder's Sawmill Inc.
About Yoder's Sawmill Inc.
Yoder's Sawmill Inc. is a sawmill and timber buyer in Corinna, Maine. They turn logs into usable lumber, cutting custom orders for landowners and buying logs from loggers who have wood to sell. They work with cedar, hemlock, red oak, cherry, walnut, pine, and white ash, among other species. On the buying side, they say "if you're a logger with cedar, hemlock, red oak, or cherry to sell, we'd be interested in talking with you." On the milling side, they do custom sawing and custom kiln drying, plus planing, and they keep dimensional lumber and hardwoods on hand. They run a bandsaw mill and a kiln, and say they're "always looking for quality logs," taking on custom orders "large or small," whether that's a single special log or a bigger supply run. Products include white cedar decking, hemlock framing, log siding, hardwood flooring, pine tongue and groove, and kiln dried red oak. They're based at 910 Exeter Rd. in Corinna, Maine, and serve Penobscot County. They're listed under the mills and timber-buyers categories. This fits a landowner with cedar, hemlock, red oak, or cherry logs to sell, or anyone who already has logs cut and wants them custom sawn, dried, and planed into finished lumber rather than sold as standing timber.
