Huddlestun Lumber Co Inc

About Huddlestun Lumber Co Inc

Huddlestun Lumber Co Inc is a lumber yard and building supply store in Three Rivers, Michigan. This isn't a timber buyer or a logging outfit, it's a retail counter where you'd go to buy boards, hardware, and building materials, not to sell standing timber off your land. They sell lumber, treated boards, timbers, plywood, drywall, OSB, siding, doors, moldings, nails and screws, and a long list of other building supplies, with price sheets you can call about. They offer "Free Delivery in the SouthWest Michigan area" and serve St. Joseph County. The company has been in Three Rivers since 1938, and their own history page traces the business back to founder Ralph Huddlestun, a WWI veteran who took over the company in 1932 and renamed it Huddlestun Lumber Company in 1948. There's no mention of buying timber, logging, or forestry consulting here, and no species of standing timber are named. If you've got acreage with trees and you're looking for someone to assess, buy, or harvest that timber, this isn't the place. It's a supply yard, not a timber service. This fits a landowner who's already sold or harvested their timber and now needs lumber and building materials for a barn, shed, or construction project, not someone looking for a buyer for trees still standing in the woods.
