About Waverly Wood LLC
Waverly Wood LLC is in Waverly, Tennessee, run by the Richardson family, now in its fourth generation of the lumber business. They are a "buyer of logs, standing Timber and Timberlands," and they also make cut stock and industrial wood products, including White Oak staves. They work with hardwood and softwood, with a particular focus on White Oak. If you have standing timber to sell, this is a business built around buying it, not just milling what comes in. They run a sawmill at 650 Sawmill Lane in Waverly, and they serve Humphreys County. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm Central. There's no stated minimum acreage, and no job examples with acreage are shown, so there's nothing to go on for how small a tract they'll consider. This fits a landowner in Humphreys County with White Oak or other hardwood and softwood timber who wants a buyer with deep, multi-generation roots in the lumber trade, rather than a service-only logger or consulting forester.
