Visitors are invited to "visit our showroom, see our displays and talk with us about your project." The site's product pages cover cabinet styles, cabinet specifications, wood and finish options, doors and accessories, knobs and pulls, replacement parts, and a section on determining the cost of cabinets, alongside contemporary, transitional and traditional portfolio galleries. Lindsay Fazand is listed as Registered Interior Designer #10913 and a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer, and the site explains the National Kitchen and Bath Association's requirements for a fully qualified designer. The stated mission is "To be the most preferred provider of fine custom cabinets through superior service and product," with "customer references available upon request."
