About Winwood LLC

Winwood LLC is a sawmill at 4890 Texas Highway 37 in Winnsboro, Texas. It opened in November of 2022, and the owners say "Pallet wood is our specialty." The mill cuts 1x4 pallet wood from green pine. It also makes pine shavings and sawdust for the Winnsboro area. The pallet wood comes in 1x4x8, 1x4x40", 1x4x48", 1x6x8 and 1x8x8, with more sizes available. The pine shavings are untreated and dried only by the natural sun. The mill sells shavings by the bucket, dump trailer load or trailer truck load. The business says it serves Wood County. The mill is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to noon. It is closed on weekends. The scales close at 4 pm Monday through Thursday and at noon on Friday. The mill is also closed on major holidays, so call before you haul. This suits a landowner nearby who needs green pine pallet boards or shavings in quantity and can haul to the mill during its weekday hours. From winwoodmill.com, read 18 October 2026.
