About Ziebach & Webb Timber Co., Inc.

Ziebach & Webb Timber Co., Inc. is a full service timber company based in Evergreen, Alabama, in business since 1979. It buys timber, runs logging through independent contract crews, and gives forest management advice. Buying timber is the main trade. The company will cruise your timber and offer "top dollar for your timber," then advise you on how and when to harvest in the future. It buys pine and hardwood pulpwood, saw timber, ply logs, poles and pilings. Each tree is merchandised to its highest valued product and taken to the right mill. Conecuh County is named as one of the counties it serves, and it works across Alabama and Northwest Florida. Forest management is the other side of the business. The staff are Registered Foresters with over 300 years of combined experience, and they handle reforestation through to final harvest. That includes first and second thinning, harvesting natural growth stands, and final harvest of pine plantations. Many of its independent logging crews have worked with the company for more than 30 years. Dadeville Pole Company, a subsidiary located in Dadeville, Alabama, makes kiln dried poles and pilings, and the Owassa location near Evergreen produces green poles and pilings. This business suits a landowner who wants one firm to cruise and buy the timber and also advise on when to cut the next stand. From zwtimber.com, read 17 October 2026.
