Lumber One Company is a family-owned sawmill and lumber remanufacturer in Sheffield, Alabama, in Colbert County. It works mainly in southern pine lumber, making remanufactured and pressure treated products and handling export shipping. The flagship mill at Littleville, Alabama, was founded in 2000. The export side runs through an HT (Heat Treated) Certified Facility, where lumber is heat treated to eliminate pests and meet export requirements. The company also prepares export paperwork, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and HT certification. It stores lumber for just-in-time inventory, prepared and shipped on demand. Loads go out by van, flatbed, railcar, or container. Three remanufacturing facilities make up the business: two in Alabama, at Littleville and Sheffield, and one in Conroe, Texas, launched in 2022. The pressure treated line is pitched as "Built to endure," meant to resist decay and weather. Customers are served across North America and beyond.
