About Conner Industries

Conner Industries describes itself as “a leading provider of industrial wood and packaging solutions” headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. The boilerplate repeated across its pages says the company specialises in “supplying cut lumber (softwoods, hardwoods, and panel products) needed for pallets, crates, and skid parts, fully assembled custom pallets, crates, integrated packaging solutions, and a wide variety of services tailored to customer needs,” serving “customers nationwide from our 19 plant locations” with “educated and knowledgeable sales people, subject matter experts, an experienced design team, and multiple packaging engineers on staff.” The home page claims “nearly 40 years of experience in industrial packaging, and multiple locations nationwide with backup capabilities,” offers pallets and crates “made with either southern yellow pine or hardwood,” and lists service work including 3PL, vendor-managed inventory, kitting, assembly and co-locating. Product sections cover industrial wood, pallets, crates, integrated packaging and foam packaging, and the industries page ranges from oil and gas to aerospace, pharmaceuticals and heavy equipment. The leadership page says CEO David Dixon joined in 2017 and led the company’s transformation “into a diversified, integrated packaging platform operating 18 manufacturing locations across 14 states with revenues approximating $200 million.” A quality policy is set out in general management terms; no third-party certification is named, and the associations page states the company is “an active and supporting member of the associations below” without naming any in the page text. Quotes are requested through a form or by calling 1-800-413-8006. Note that the contact page gives corporate headquarters at 3800 Sandshell Drive, Suite 235, and its plant list includes Haslet, Conroe and Garland in Texas but no plant at the Keller-Hicks Road address this listing carries.
